He helped me to see results sooner

I wanted to improve my body composition and increase my strength without getting injured as I have a history of injury (high hamstring tendinopathy). The benefit of my one-on-one training with Cameron is that he would screen my movements and send me the video analysis which helped me to correct my form so that I could progress with my weight training without getting injured. People say I look incredibly fit and in great shape. Friends tell me I’m looking younger, even though I’m in my early 50s, and at the beach, they compliment me on my abs, while strangers comment on my strong- but feminine-looking arms. I wanted to get lean for my wedding

Initially I wanted to get lean for my wedding. My wedding dress was backless and I wanted to feel and look amazing in it. As my one-on-one personal trainer, Cameron personalized my training program to help me achieve my goals.
